Recently I’ve had to buy over a dozen ceiling lights and had to deal with three to four different suppliers. Pooky stood out as they had live chat and I was able to get invaluable technical information from them (in my case Charley) and was answered usually within 5 minutes! I have my lights fitted and look AMAZING!!! Soooo happy with them! Oh and I also had a slight fault from the manufacturer on a glass rod and within a day I had a brand spanking new one delivered!!! WOW!! 10 out of 10... will use them again for sure!!
