I rang out about five mins before closing time to enquire about a product which I then bought online, and I could tell the guy I spoke to was a little bit annoyed. I had a few questions and he said he doesnt provide tafe courses over the phone. I also apologized for calling so late in the day and while I cant remember his exact words, it wasnt "thats fine how can I help". He didnt really do anything wrong, but was one of those people that have a slightly repelling vibe rather than a friendly one.
