I ordered a 20' x 40' 12mil cover from them with the weights and after waiting 6 weeks I contacted them. I waited another month and wrote another letter to their online system; and they asked me if I still lived at the billing address so they could refund my money. I said, I want the cover, not the money. They sent the money! No explanation of why I couldn't get the cover. 4 months after I placed the order, the money was refunded.
