Ordered a Batman Pride pop back in June just before the preorder was meant to be ready.
It got pushed back three times and every time I had to message customer service myself because you don't even get informed of the delays.
Almost five months after my initial purchase the item is delivered. Good quality, no damage, but the appalling service and ridiculously slow shipping has taught me not to preorder anything from here again.
