This company has gone down hill so much. Sad. Company used to be good, great customer service (USED TO BE). Now? I have been charged twice in the last month when I didn't order anything, customer service is like trying to argue with a brick wall. They don't seem to understand or really care what has happened to you. Lost a customer for life once this gets resolved with my bank. I would suggest buying and supporting another company. One that's worth it and has the customer service it should have. (I would put my order number in however they dont update my orders so my last order was from 2019) Cant even get that right.
