Just dreadful. Set up a subscription for my Son, none od the Pops he wanted were ever in stock. I noticed when I checked the whereabouts of our December Pop it wasn’t my address on the shipping confirmation. Live chat unavailable, inbox constantly full, Facebook messenger messages answered by several different people telling me not to worry! Demanded management contact me today find out my account had been hackec (since December) took a manager to tell me someone had added a new address to my account in November! Absolutely appalled. Subscription cancelled and given £10 credit, sadly everything my son wanted is out of stock!!! Do not waste your money
