Avoid this abysmal thieving scam of an operation disguised as an online funko pop store. No contact phone number. Emails sent to you regarding your issue cannot be replied to. They will outright lie to you in said emails. Their reply to my Nov 2020 order still not fulfilled in March of 2021 was “it was a pre-order so it hasn’t been released yet”. That’s perplexing as I saw them on the shelf at hot topic last week. Customer service is complete trash. Order your pops anywhere else. Avoid these charlatans like the plague.
