Lucky if they turn up - Take 4 months for something to be sent and don't accept address changes. Therefore if you can't get access to your previous address, or they deny receipt, PoP in a Box and by extension The Hut Group, couldn't give a hoot if you get your goods as long as they get their money. AVOID! Look at Trustpilot and you'll see that this is a common theme.
