I ordered a pop in January it's now almost August and I have yet to receive it. I have seen this pop months ago in stores and actually bought it on Amazon and got it in a day. I tried hitting cancel on my order. Then received a message saying I cannot cancel it. I sent another message asking why can I not cancel and now I'm being ignored.
