Quick one:
Ordered a Pop Vinyl Dec 2020 for Xmas, it is now Feb 2022 and it's still processing, got in contact 4-5 times with customer service (they were shocking, kept giving me different date after date).
No refund, no contact...except an email asking about experience with customer service and filling in a survey one and a half years after the last message.
