I will never buy anything from this company again.
I received 2 pops that I had pre-ordered a year ago, I tried to cancel with no success. Both pops came damaged. No phone number to talk to anyone in person.
When I received a reply, they offered me a 15% discount if I wanted to keep the pops. What an insult!!!!
I was then told if I wanted to return the pops for a refund I would have to pay for the postage to Poland and then receive a refund on my postage when they receive the pops. The worst company, they deserve all the negative reviews!
