Absolutely awful company!
The biggest joke and scam of an online order I have ever experienced.
Ordered an item in March and we are still, still communicating with zombie sprite replies now.
The order has forced myself and my children to really think about buying from independent websites not linked to Amazon or eBay.
My children have hated coming home to their repeated non parcel delivery thanks to tgis terrible retail experience
