I ordered from PIAB in April and the date keeps getting pushed back.
I have asked to cancel this order and have been advised by customer services I am unable to cancel.
They don't have the stock to fulfil the order and no money has been taken it could easily be cancelled but customer services are being difficult.
I have been round in circles with customer services, they have offered me a free of charge returns label as a good will gesture!! It's a joke.
Why they can't cancel an order they cannot fulfil is beyond me.
Customer services and automated emails are not useful and you end up going round in circles with them.
