order date - 2nd of december, two bits not recieved. £18.99 due back. I have never sent so many messages over something so trivial and yet no refund.
no items were in uk and i would say to anyone not sure, just dont bother ordering as they will not help you on the 'customer service'. then eventually you need to get paypal to help as they wont help.
