Poppets were so prompt they seemed to send my order almost before they'd received it. It was carefully packed so it wouldn't be damaged (it was a rather large, flexible item) The product, a Melissa and Doug Habitats reusable sticker book is a great item, much used by all the children I have given it to, but not always readily available.
