I ordered 2 jellycat elephants however when I received the package only one elephant was in it. I contacted poppets to let them know unfortunately they did not receive the email and only were aware of the problem after doing the review. Poppets customer service was excellent and they informed me it was to do with a fault that they had with their website. They rectified the situation and sent out the second elephant immediately. Thank you so much for taking the time to sort the problem.
