Raffi, was not happy with the minced lamb, I served it every which way, raw, cooked, raw with butter on it, cooked with grated parmigiana sprinkled on top but no no no.
Then I tried the minced chicken, now that was a success, so I think we’ve cracked it there.
About the meat balls, are they meant to be served frozen?? Because they arrived defrosted.
