Arrived frozen in a small polystyrene enclosed box. I left the beef & bone complete meatballs out overnight to defrost. The next day I gave my 14 month old puppy 3 meatballs and I have never seen him so enthusiastic about food. It was a pleasure to watch him eat. I think the trail pack is a good way to introduce raw food to your dog as you get 3 different varieties for £10 which includes delivery.
