I have to say the customer service at Poppy’s picnic is excellent. I was reluctant to feed raw because of conflicting advice on the net. However research by myself and the fab advice by your team has made me feel at ease. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to start the diet as my puppy has campylobacter. I have today received a follow up by the team and told them about my situation, and they have given my number to there nutritionist. Thank you poppy’s picnic, I really feel that you genuinely care. Excellent company. 🐶 I just hope my little Barnaby will be better soon so he can enjoy his raw diet. ❤️
