The hampers make my life so much easier - one delivery, straight into the freezer and off we go ! I usually buy the mince and add in a few packets of meatballs for the times when I need ultimate convenience - usually when I have forgotten to defrost the next packet, as the meatballs defrost a lot quicker :-)
