From the moment I called and spoke to customer services I was hooked by Poppy's Picnic; the lady I spoke with was very knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with, answering my concerns about Arthur (a fussy eater) and feeding raw, then guiding me through the ordering process. I've reordered since as the food has gone down a treat - and I have to say, having initially been put off by the idea of feeding raw, the quality and texture of Poppy's is excellent and not sloppy/bloody at all (phew!). Can't recommend it enough! Michael
