The packaging for delivery is good and neat. Delivery was very quick as well. And most importantly,my puppy absolutely loooove her raw food. We signed up for the SUBSCRIBE and SAVE, so we basically don't need to worry about it. I know exactly when the next patch is arriving as well. It's easy to store, easy to feed, easy everything. Love it!
