DPD let the company down by not delivering on time as they sent the parcel to the wrong depo. I contacted Poppy’s Picnic by Email to report the issue and that DPD had messaged me to say the parcel would be delivered one day late. In no time, Poppy’s contracted me, told me that they would reissue the goods, as the original goods would be spoiled. They also explained what had gone wrong within DPD for the parcel to be delayed. The reissued parcel arrived the next day in perfect condition. Excellent service from Poppy’s Picnic. *****
