Terrible "service". No way to call or email, only an online form. Got confirmation emails on my order and nothing seemed legit. The "Tracking number" had no link to a site and just referenced some Hermesworld which I have never heard of. Cant find any information to see what happened to my order that was supposedly delivered. When I contacted customer service they said "Oh, maybe we can send you a replacement" and then gave me a completely wrong address in the wrong country. Its very frustrating and if not resolved soon I will report as fraud as it seems very fishy!!
