My Popsocket Broke and I went to Bell Mobility where I bought it. Was told to contact the company directly. I sent an email and the next day they got back to me. Gave me a $40.00 credit ( the cost of mine) and free delivery. Very impressed with the warranty. Now I got to wait for my new one.
