It has now been over two weeks since the scheduled fibre installation date, and nothing has been done. Multiple POP Telecom representatives confirmed that there is no broadband line or master socket at my property—yet they are still billing me and threatening further charges. I've asked repeatedly for communication via email to keep a paper trail, but they refuse and only give contradictory information over the phone. Chat logs were promised but never sent. I’ve submitted a formal complaint and am escalating to the ombudsman. This has cost me time, stress, and money, with zero service provided. Beware: if something goes wrong, you may be left with no written support, incorrect charges, and no accountability.
