Massively impressed. They stock a load of tiles we couldn't find anywhere else and delivery was spot on. Best thing though was that this job proved trickier than expected so my wastage was higher than usual leaving me ten tiles short. That's about £7 worth of tile but the delivery charge is the is the industry standard thirty quid. I asked if they could do anything and they very kindly sorted an alternative courier for ten quid. They are the only stockists for our tile in the UK so had us over a barrel but still did the good thing. I had to call them to pay for the order, which was fine, but they were engaged; amazingly Ben spotted my missed calls and called me back within five minutes. Really sharp and professional service and the sort of support you really need and want on a project.
