I ordered wood effect porcelain tiles a few days ago and am expecting to receive them within the next few days, so I can't fully comment on the quality or service on that front. However I have spoken numerous times with Porcelain Superstore over the phone and email as I couldn't decide on which tiles to go for, and they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in helping me reach a decision. The sent out samples and then full size samples, both of which arrived very promptly which really helped with the process. If the tiles are as good as the service then will recommend without any doubt.
