The ordering was simply and very good, but we did have an issue with the delivery; communication with Porcelain Store and the currier company, the delivery date and delivery address was written down incorrectly by the currier. Thankfully I didn't have to take a day off work for this error. Maybe there should be some sort of checking procedure in place to iron out these simple errors.
