What a great company to deal with. Tile ranges were extensive and we ordered a number of samples, all delivered promptly. When it came to receiving the delivery of our chosen tiles, unfortunately a number of one lot of tiles were broken. (Fault of the delivery company I suspect). We immediately contacted Porcelain Warehouse and sent photos of the broken tiles. They responded immediately and arranged for replacement tiles to be delivered very quickly. I feel that this company really cares about quality and customer service; they have shown a real interest by way of requesting a photo of the finished ensuite. Would highly recommend, and promuse that the photo of the almost completed ensuite is forthcoming.
