I all started with the samples. I ordered a few as we couldn't decide. they came the next day,which is superb as we live on a Scottish island.
once chosen, we phoned about coverage etc, and Porcelain Supperstore gave us a great price as we were flooring the complete house. They arrived safely and we couldn't have asked for a better service.
