Ordered by tiles over the phone as I had received the samples and wanted to ask a question. The salesman was very knowledgable and helpful. He gave me a discount (multiple buy) which I wasn't aware of and the order came within a few days, and I was kept up to date at all times. We are doing a major renovation on an old bungalow and we will upload a photo once the tiles have been laid.
