I had a query re substrate & what to use & they were very knowledgeable & helpful. Also had a query re the layout of the 'patchwork' tiles which they answered with great clarity. The tiles themselves were nice quality, cut well where necessary & look great. Very pleased with the end result & they were very affordable. I recommended a friend to them & they were equally delighted with their tiles.
