Your service, overall, was brilliant. The tiles were just what I wanted, and at the right price. My only criticism was your carrier. The first lot I ordered arrived broken and unusable but after contacting you, they were replaced immediately and the new batch arrived quickly, and in immaculate condition. Well done. Would recommend you review your use of Palletways as a courier.
