The samples I requested arrived quickly and were of a good size so that I could get a true understanding of the colour, pattern and quality. They were also really well wrapped so that they wouldn't be damaged in transit or damage my flooring when they were posted through the door.
I ordered following the receipt of the samples and again was pleased with the product, there was only a few small chips on a couple of tiles but they were used at the edges so not a problem. Great quality products and service.
