The showroom will lead you to believe that with the upmarket products, you will receive an upmarket service. What we have is the most horrendous experience. In November 2024, we ordered two shower glass panels (one of which was a special order) from the Cannock branch. A member of staff was sent to measure the installation site, the order was placed, and we paid the invoice in full. So far, we have had two deliveries of products that were not fit for purpose: on 20 January, the panels arrived with the wrong fittings for the bespoke panel (see the photo), and on 9 July, both panels were the wrong sizes. The experience is beyond frustrating... the staff never calls back, and it's up to us to chase them relentlessly if we want things to move forward. We are told that they are 'very busy' or 'with another customer'. To add to the stress, as the holes for the shower glass panels were already drilled, we are forced to stay for round three... Avoid.
