I placed an order with the company and was initially informed that the estimated delivery date was set for November 6, 2024. However, this date continued to slip with no proactive communication from the company. Each time there was a delay, I had to follow up either by calling your front desk or reaching out directly to my salesperson, August Fowler, to receive an update. This lack of communication was both frustrating and unprofessional. The most recent incident occurred when I contacted Mr. Fowler again about my order. He informed me that it would be ready for pickup on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. However, when my contractor arrived at the store today (12/9/24), they were told the order was not ready for pickup until Wednesday, December 11, 2024. This discrepancy is completely unacceptable, especially given the previous assurances I had received. VERY POOR SERVICE!

The largest fraud ever is MetaMask; all of my coins and NFT were taken in the blink of an eye, and their extremely unpleasant customer service would ignore you and tell you there is nothing they can do. Fortunately, Recoveryhacker101 was able to assist me in getting my lost asset back. Recoveryhacker101[at]gmail[dot]com is the email address you can use to contact them.

I waited 5 months to receive a freestanding vessel sink that arrived with no drain or installation instructions. Our plumbers cannot figure out how to install. That last response I got from the NY rep at Porcelanosa after the Spanish folks sent installation sheet for the wrongs sink, was to go to Home Depot to figure it out. This is what 5 months and $5000+ gets you from Porcelanosa. Never again!

A contractor working in our house cracked a hall floor tile. In order to replace the tile we needed to match it with the existing tiles that ran throughout the hall and dining kitchen. We approached Porcelanosa in Leeds and spoke to Ray Wood. During the next five weeks Ray kept ordering samples of tiles for us to bring home to try and match up. As the tiles were laid seven years ago there was a danger we wouldn’t find the correct replacement but Ray never gave up and eventually he found the exact match. Due to his professionalism and commitment he saved us a lot of possible disruption, mess and worry.

We ordered the tile for our project in December of 2023 from Porcelanosa. Finally, in February of 2024 it "arrived". We paid over $125,000.00 for this tile. No customer service after we wired the money that's for sure..... Now that the tile arrived, so far we have found at least 11 BOXES broken. When they do respond they are A Holes- like they are doing us "The Customer" a favor. And they through verbiage like "We are a Billion Dollar Company...Bla Bla" I intend to blast this "Billion Dollar Company" on EVERY social media outllet to make consumers aware. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY....THEN YOU WILL BE ON YOUR OWN. Porcelanosa est loin d'être un fournisseur fiable! L'usine en Espagne ne respecte jamais les delais et ma cuisine a pris 6 mois pour être livrée et posée au lieu de 2 mois selon le devis (3 fois plus long!!). Il n'y pas de communication adéquate entre l'équipe et les clients; de 30 produits commandés 5 (17%) étaient endommagés et il a fallu les commander à nouveau. Ils ne s'excusent même pas et ils ne gèrent rien comme il faut. Pour tous les retards et les problèmes, il a fallu me battre pour une compensation de moins de 0.05% du prix des produits. Mauvais service et aucune orientation vers les clients - ils ne répondent même pas aux mails et il faut les chasser par téléphone, laisser plusieurs messages avant de pouvoir communiquer avec quelqu'un. C'est ce qu'on appelle un fournisseur de très haute gamme??.. A éviter absolument!

We used Josh in the NYC store and he was fabulous to work with. He got backed to us quickly, was knowledgeable and very professional. Will definitely use him for future projects

I purchased wall, floor tiles and a full shower with a Krion shower tray from Porcelanosa in Paramus, together with the recommended adhesives etc for the install. We were told that Krion was a wonder material, extremely tough and hardwearing, among other, more cosmetic values. Our contractor installed everything according to the manufacturer's instructions and once he had finished we were delighted with the outcome. Our bathroom is less than 4 years old and the shower tray just cracked for no reason while my husband (who weighs 150lbs!) was enjoying his morning shower. We are devastated at the knowledge that the tray cannot be removed without having to replace the wall and floor tiles - the cost is going to be significant. Not to mention the upheaval. Given that this is such a high end material, and Porcelanosa pride themselves on standing by their products, I called them in the hope that, although the warranty has expired, they would recognize that the tray cracked due to a fault in what could only be the Krion material itself. (Krion is a Porcelanosa product.) After all, they emphasize how strong this product is during the sales process and on their website. They did not. They did not take any responsibility at all, informing me that the tray is not repairable, in spite of their website claim: "it is hard-wearing, highly resistant and easy to repair". They did offer to sell me another tray at a discounted price. When I told them I was hoping gor more accountability, the salesperson told me he would get his manager to call me. I'm still waiting for that call... So, I find myself in a situation where I have paid $30,000 (including install) for a beautiful new Porcelanosa bathroom, wondering how on earth, 4 years later, I am going to be able to afford to replace it all. I am so very disappointed with Porcelanosa. I have recommended them to many of my Staging and Design clients friends and family. I shall not do so in the future.

Placed an order with Porcelanosa East Brunswick NJ for renovations for 3 bathrooms, $24,000 worth of merchandise. The salesman sold us a shower door that my contractor was not comfortable ordering it because the tiles were not yet installed. He said it was a standard size and that it would fit. Once the tiles were installed, the door was too big. Now they want to charge me a %50 restocking fee because it's a special order. I have not received the door and I started a dispute for the charge of the door with the credit card company and they responded giving them proof of delivery and the proof they sent was for a different door that was also purchased. After spending so much money with them, their customer service is non existing. Now I have to open a new dispute.

Porcelanosa delivery lorry damaged my parked vehicle while making a delivery to one of my neighbours. This was witnessed by several neighbours and they chased after the driver but he fled the scene. Thankfully there was video footage and eye witnesses. I contacted Porcelanosa but they refused to take responsibility. I was forced to involve the police. I believe that businesses need integrity to survive. Caveat emptor regarding Porcelanosa.

My consultant ordered way too much tile for the walls and floors, so I am stuck with unopened and unused tile that I do not need. The store would not reimburse me. The consultant was provided with the dimensions of the bathroom and a sketch of the bathroom; and was way off on the needed materials. Makes me believe that it is a scam to have customers order too much and then with the no refunds and no exchanges on those items, the customer is stuck with a but of extra materials.

I've Been doing business with Porcelanosa for some years now never had a problem until recently. I was scheduled to pick up a order from the Ramsey warehouse to find out I wasn't on file to pick up my order. After speaking to Mrs.Fiorella I was told they couldn't pull my order because they needed 48 hours. I explained I had a schedule to keep and my order was only 5 boxes she laughed and said nothing she can do. Immediately I called my sales rep and she stated would have the order delivered. Its a week later still waiting. Today is April 26, 3 weeks still no call back or delivery. Tomorrow I will cancel the order and find another source. Today is May 2 and still no call back from this company so i had to call my card company and dispute the charge. Please look elsewhere

Merci Monsieur De prendre en compte ma demande Depuis des mois je rencontre des pbs avec vos services à paris ( Paris Rue du Bac ) Suite à une commande de 2 salles se bain complètes, j’ai du supporter 4 mois de retard sans aucun support commercial, suivi de pbs d’article livres non conformes ( carrelage) puis de pbs de bondes de lavabos défectueuses Après les mois de discussions et échanges toujours non conformes, j’ai décidé de demander une reprise et un remboursement Voila 3 mois que la modique somme d’une cinquantaine d’euros m’est encore due et que je ai toujours pas le remboursement ni d’information du service clients J’envoie tous les jours 3/4 messages à l’ensemble des équipes mais jamais une réponse … quelle mépris pour le client … Pas la peine de faire autant de pub si vous n’êtes même pas capable d’effectuer le minimum du service client … Soyez assuré que je ne lâcherai pas le dossier … j’ai l’intention de continuer à publier des messages négatifs sur Instagram et à envoyer des mails et texto aux équipes y compris monsieur Lassala ( soit disant directeur commercial) … J’ai beaucoup de persévérance même pour cette somme car j’en fais maintenant une affaire de principe Sachez que je ferai tout mon possible pour dénigrer votre maison qui n’a plus aucun respect pour ses clients Ps : jai 2 maisons équipes de salles de bain porcelanosa … Muriel wormser 06-13027117

The question is what went right! I took measurements in from my builder which were correct and when the quote came were also correct, upon placing the order this is where it went terribly wrong , the order lost 5square meters of tiles , by the time they arrived the tiles I needed were sold out , I was promised money back along with return of delivery costs . I’m still waiting, my builders had to travel to Bristol from Cardiff to pick up tiles which were the wrong colour and they couldn’t change them as they had run out of the ones I asked for . My bathroom has stressed me beyond which I could imagine , when I rang and spoke to the manager I could not believe the attitude that she was giving me . I have been in sales for nearly 40 years and have never experienced anything like this and if my clients were treated like this I would be ashamed . I have had no contact after all this and this is just a small version of what was encountered by the Cardiff branch - I would never recommend this store to anyone

We have 5 + bathrooms to design and fit and we have been working with Porcelanosa Croydon store. All members have been very polite and friendly but in particular I have been working closely with Kate who has proved to be very patient, extremely knowledgable and helpful with putting together our bathrooms. Kate is mindful of costs and is able to offer alternatives in keeping with design and to meet with budgets. Finally placed the orders recently and Kate is continuing to liaise with me regularly with regard to deliveries. Thank you so much.

Sharique in Wandsworth Bridge Road was excellent in advising me on the choice of tiles. Delivery driver was excellent, on time, courteous, hard working. Quality of the tiles is amazing.

Went to Porcelanosa Croydon and spent several hours with Ian discussing and designing our bathroom, Ian could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and patient ensuring that every detail we wanted was included and the end result is perfect more than we imagined. I would highly recommend a visit to the branch and spending time with Ian our bathroom is perfect thank you

Porcelanosa, Design District, Miami Thank you Gabriela Piñango and Araceli Molina! After buying our new home, we visited many ceramic stores without finding the help we needed to choose the tiles we had in mind for each space. When we thought it was impossible, we came to Porcelanosa, located in the Miami Design District. Gabriela and Araceli immediately made us feel that we were finally in the right place. With all her patience and extensive knowledge of the high-quality product they offer, Araceli gave us the best advice. She suggested combinations as warm and elegant as we wanted. In addition, she allowed us to take all the time we needed to consider our options and that they were to our total satisfaction. For that, we toured the showroom spaces together. Araceli displayed some decorative samples on a table to visually recreate what until now was only in our imagination. Therefore we could make OUR IDEAL HOME come true. Additionally, the shipping service was excellent, especially considering the delays due to the pandemic. Thanks again to both of you. Over the years I have used Cannock branch when designing bathroom. This year I have refurbed 3 bathrooms and I cannot thank Catriona enough, for her patience, commitment and attention to detail, when at times I must have been very frustrating, especially my husband with his endless additional requirements.
