“Went to Porcelanosa Croydon and spent several hours with Ian discussing and designing our bathroom, Ian could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and patient ensuring that every detail we wanted was included and the end result is perfect more than we imagined. I would highly recommend a visit to the branch and spending time with Ian our bathroom is perfect thank you”

“Porcelanosa, Design District, Miami Thank you Gabriela Piñango and Araceli Molina! After buying our new home, we visited many ceramic stores without finding the help we needed to choose the tiles we had in mind for each space. When we thought it was impossible, we came to Porcelanosa, located in the Miami Design District. Gabriela and Araceli immediately made us feel that we were finally in the right place. With all her patience and extensive knowledge of the high-quality product they offer, Araceli gave us the best advice. She suggested combinations as warm and elegant as we wanted. In addition, she allowed us to take all the time we needed to consider our options and that they were to our total satisfaction. For that, we toured the showroom spaces together. Araceli displayed some decorative samples on a table to visually recreate what until now was only in our imagination. Therefore we could make OUR IDEAL HOME come true. Additionally, the shipping service was excellent, especially considering the delays due to the pandemic. Thanks again to both of you. Especially to Araceli Molina for helping us, with her professionalism and experience, to make what we had in mind come true. Mayela de Sanchez”

“Over the years I have used Cannock branch when designing bathroom. This year I have refurbed 3 bathrooms and I cannot thank Catriona enough, for her patience, commitment and attention to detail, when at times I must have been very frustrating, especially my husband with his endless additional requirements. Thank you Catriona”

“For anyone wanting to change their bathroom or kitchen, I highly recommend that they start with the Porcelanosa showroom at Croydon – or at least visit Porcelanosa before making their final choices. Their kitchen and bathroom displays are of the highest quality and their tile selection is vast and far superior to many other places I visited. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable.”

“What an absolutely disgraceful organisation Spent over 4K on tiles at their Watford branch the sales guy was great, we were charged £60 delivery for the tiles for them to be dumped on the pavement outside of my property by DHL, another joke organisation. We were promised a refund and a box of broken tiles replaced reported to Porcelanosa immediately their customer services way of dealing with this complaint is to just ignore it and hope it just goes away, I have been refused request by email for someone more senior to look in to our case, the office manager has just stopped any communication, this company is a total joke spend your money elsewhere with somewhere that cares about their customers because these jokers don’t”
