“Unfortunately we bought everything for our completely new bathroom from Porcelanosa. In June 2025 everything was installed. We only started using the bathroom in September 2025 and in December the vanity unit’s panel started pilling out . We couldn’t believe how terrible the quality of the bathroom furniture turned out to be. It is SHOCKING! We are now waiting for Porcelanosa’s reply. 4 months of use ONLY. Never ever seen anything like this before. Porcelanosa told us that the furniture they sold us was of exceptional quality. Well, with the bathroom furniture they sold us this certainly is not true! The unit is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE AT ALL! We hope that the company does the correct thing and refund us the money asap.”

“My consultant ordered way too much tile for the walls and floors, so I am stuck with unopened and unused tile that I do not need. The store would not reimburse me. The consultant was provided with the dimensions of the bathroom and a sketch of the bathroom; and was way off on the needed materials. Makes me believe that it is a scam to have customers order too much and then with the no refunds and no exchanges on those items, the customer is stuck with a but of extra materials.”
