Sales and delivery communication was great. Issues discovered upon operation of unit were not handled in a timely manner and customer is forced to use local resources to repair instead of Portable Restroom Trailers standing by the product and using their own local mobile servicing resources to fix issues. Requests for service are not responded to timely and multiple requests are needed to get staff attention.
