“Sales and delivery communication was great. Issues discovered upon operation of unit were not handled in a timely manner and customer is forced to use local resources to repair instead of Portable Restroom Trailers standing by the product and using their own local mobile servicing resources to fix issues. Requests for service are not responded to timely and multiple requests are needed to get staff attention.”

Dear Josh, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the sales and delivery process went smoothly. Regarding the issues, we appreciate the communication throughout the process. After receiving the information and pictures you sent, we contacted the manufacturer to investigate the cause of the issue. We also received warranty approval and scheduled a technician to inspect and resolve them. Warranty processes do require certain steps, and while they can take some time, we’ve worked to address your concerns promptly. The technician is scheduled to be there today to complete the necessary repairs. Thank you for your understanding, and we are committed to resolving this quickly.

Portable Restroom Trailers, LLC was extremely helpful in finding and quoting the models we needed and even arranged for a virtual tour of each unit before they shipped them. “Working with Ivy is always a great pleasure. We have 3 units now. 1 standard 12 stall and 1 ADA.and 1 custom mothers room just recieved. We had an issue with the 1st unit on arrival but they were able to get the correct technicians out and assist to resolve. I would not hesititate to use again in the future. Thank you!”

“Ordering restrooms trailers from Portable Restroom Trailers, LLC, has been such an easy process this is our Districts second purchase from them for a total of 4 trailers. These restrooms meets our students and staff needs when permenant restrooms go down and during the construction at our 4 high schools. “I was very impressed with the look and functionality of the 3 station unit we rented for our event. It was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The countertops and floors were very nice. The driver that delivered the unit was very friendly and professional. He even helped us as a judge. Great personality! Great customer service. I will call them again next year.”

“We rented a shower trailer in July. The propane tanks on the trailer were not certified and were almost empty. We had to replace the tanks at our expense. We did not receive all of the trailer cleanings for which we had paid ahead of time. We were promised refunds. We have submitted receipts and and emailed requesting a refund. We have heard nothing. We have called multiple times and our calls are not being returned.”

“We are a Custom Fabrication facility located in Irmo, SC. On very short notice, we called Portable Restroom Trailers to rent a 3 station restroom trailer for a restroom remodel. The trailer was exactly what we needed. It arrived quickly and well stocked. Thank you, Portable Restroom Trailers!”

“We needed to add more restrooms for staff at our cheese factory for 6 months. We contacted Portable Restroom Trailers in Goshen, KY to immediately deliver additional restrooms to space employees apart during COVID. They delivered (2) restroom trailers right away, stocked, and ready to use. Their communication with my team and the whole process was terrific!”
