“Overall, the purchasing process was handled in an organized and professional manner. However, I am disappointed with the handling of the title and paperwork details. The owners name on the back of the title is incorrect. For registration purposes is now causing issues and delay. something we specifically tried to avoid from the beginning. The correct name was clearly provided and highlighted in advance, yet the title was issued incorrectly. This has resulted in unnecessary complications, including having to mail sensitive documents like the title back and forth, increasing risk to be lost and time sensitive to complete and close this purchase. If a supervisor could please provide a direct contact name or email to escalate this matter, it would be greatly appreciated.”

“Sales and delivery communication was great. Issues discovered upon operation of unit were not handled in a timely manner and customer is forced to use local resources to repair instead of Portable Restroom Trailers standing by the product and using their own local mobile servicing resources to fix issues. Requests for service are not responded to timely and multiple requests are needed to get staff attention.”

Dear Josh, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the sales and delivery process went smoothly. Regarding the issues, we appreciate the communication throughout the process. After receiving the information and pictures you sent, we contacted the manufacturer to investigate the cause of the issue. We also received warranty approval and scheduled a technician to inspect and resolve them. Warranty processes do require certain steps, and while they can take some time, we’ve worked to address your concerns promptly. The technician is scheduled to be there today to complete the necessary repairs. Thank you for your understanding, and we are committed to resolving this quickly.
