Horrible service. I placed an order on 12/5/2020 (for Christmas gifts)its now 12/18/20 and it still has not shipped. I called customer service on 12/15/20 asking about it. I was told it ships whithin 3-4 business days. When I pointed out it had been 10 days since I ordered the representative then said, well due to COVID things have slowed down. Today I receieved an email from Bill Rodedee (president of Portmeiron Group) this is an email you cannot respond too, that said due to a snow storm (on 12/17)the warehouse is closed. What will the next excuse be? How about you refund my money if you are not going to fulfill orders in a reasonable amount of time. I am extremely disappointed in Portmeiron Group. I will be canceling my order. I will not order from them again.
