Ordered a post box on the 11th September and after two months of waiting for stock, deliveries sent to the wrong address my post box arrived last week, sadly damaged and unable to be used. Despite calling and emailing asking for a replacement or refund if this wasn’t possible I’m still waiting for a acknowledgement. Customer service seems very ad hoc at best. If you call you just get a answer machine and email responses often take days.
