Purchased a letterbox. It didn't arrive in the stated time so I contacted Postboxshop via phone. I managed to speak with Tia who was most helpful and explained I had ordered the most popular style and colour. She checked the status and said it was still going to be a while until she had stock back in. She offered me an alternative postbox or a full refund. Its not a scam website as some have stated. Its just that everyone is ordering the same postbox. I also had no issues in contacting them and getting a refund.
