I wish I’d seen everyone’s reviews before I placed my order. The £179 post box arrived within five days of placing the order. It was very damaged and this was not due to the packaging and had not occurred in transit, it was clearly damaged beforehand. I’ve had no response to my request for a full refund via the request button on my original order, no response via email, no response via the ‘contact us’ button, the phone number on the website is not in service and an alternative phone number I found via Google is also defunct. Absolutely disgraceful.
