I bought a post box. I asked for additional information by phone and this was dealt with quickly. The order was dispatched quickly and arrived within 2 days. The box is well made and secure. It takes letters and small to medium packages. The only problem I have encountered is when a postman was a little enthusiastic in trying to fit in a parcel that was a tight fit. It nearly jammed the mechanism.
