The postbox was fine, and arrived very quickly. The dimensions were a bit smaller than advertised though - apparently based on incorrect dimensions from the manufacturer. I phoned to discuss the issue and had a very helpful conversation with the customer service person, who took the issue seriously and gave me various options. I got the overall impression that the company was trustworthy despite this error.
