I am extremely grateful to post office attendant Ms Dua 1460013 at Putney Post Office shop counter. I had a number of queries for change of addresses which included a recent bereavement of my husband. Ms Dua was very helpful and concise when I found the online service wasn’t able to deal with my query. I find post office counter staff don’t get the recognition they deserve.
