Vicky in Cardigan (Wales) Post office provided a service that was totally professional, and offered that refreshing experience so rare nowadays, of customer satisfaction. The only reason 5 stars were not given, was because (and possibly down to security issues), there were not sufficient funds on hand to effect a currency exchange. However, a 24 hour delay before the transaction would be completed did not seem unreasonable.
